Recording Consent and Release
You are registering to attend a New England Association of Schools and Colleges, Inc. (“NEASC”) event (e.g., face-to-face or online seminar, webinar, workshop, etc.). As a result, personal information about you may be collected and used by NEASC, including your name, email, and other contact information. If you choose to participate in the event, your voice, appearance, characteristics, and anything you say, write in a message, screen share, or otherwise provide during the event may be recorded. By attending, you consent to the collection and recording of all such information (collectively referred to as "Recordings") and you authorize NEASC to use those Recordings, in whole or in part, for educational, scholarly, promotional, or other purposes, in any format or media now known or later created. You also release, discharge and agree to hold harmless NEASC, and all persons acting on its behalf, from any and all liability for claims related to use of the Recordings.
